Leverkusen glide into the final 8 after beating Ferencavaros TC .
Union SG journey continued after they surprised the German Union Berlin at home with a win .
Manchester United advanced after beating Real Betis from Spain in both legs .
Sevilla held out to progress to the quarter finals despite suffering a second leg defeat by Fernerbache. 
Juventus marched on to the next stage after crushing German side Freiburg both home and away .
Feyenoord  progressed in style after mauling Shaktar from Ukraine 7-1 at home in second leg marching the highest scored goals in Europa .
Sporting eliminated Arsenal at Emirates Stadium after the match went all the way to penalties as G.Martinelli missed the Arsenal spot kick .
Mourinho's side Roma from Italy proceeded to the last 8 after getting a draw in Spain against R.Sociedad , they advanced courtesy of first leg goals back in Stadio Olimpiaco .

National  Super League was back in action over the weekend with exciting matches in gameweek one.  All the  promoted sides (Rainbow, Nairobi United and Luanda Villa )won. Villa with a glut on the back of the net vs Mombasa Elites in Mumboha Stadium.  Gusii FC also hit five goals where they played  Vihiga bullets who  were relagared from the FKF Premier League last season at the Cardinal Otunga grounds.  📷 Gusii FC.
