They play Kenya today who also have a number of injuries in there backline that has started together in the previous friendlies likes of ; Bryne Odhiambo (GK), Anyembe , Okumu Joseph , Brian Mandela , Sichenje and Eric Ouma,and will see a new set of players playing at the back today.

Gabon are set to miss a number of Key players; PIERRE-EMERICK AUBAMAYENG  Gabon national team top scorer was not included in the squad as well Veteran defender LLOYD PALUN  was also not in the list , Bordeaux defender JACQUES EKOMIE  is also missing from the squad,Al Riyadh player N'DONG IBRAHIM DIDIER and forward BOUPENDZA AARON  of FC Cincinnati were removed from the team due to disciplinary issues all these players were in the starting lineup in previous matches and we are most likely to see a different starting 11 for Gabon .

He prefers a 4-3-3 formation 
Goalkeeper Fotso Nouby is expected to start in the absence of Antony Mfa and suspended first choice GK Jean Noel Amonome .
In the defense we are likely to see a back four of Antony Ayono who is a regular starter ,Johann Obiang in for Ekomie at left back Then Aaron Appindangoyé to partner with Alex Moussounda at the central defense.
A trio midfield of Wolves Mario Lemina, Crevna Zvezda Guélor Kanga and Do Marcolino Alan .
Forwards expected to start In the game ; Clermont Foot forward Jim Allevinah , Bouanga Dennis of Los Angels and Shavy Warren expected to fill the shoes of missing Aubamayeng.

RICHARD ODADA " Richie " was intended to be a top player for Kenya " Harambee Stars "since his youthful days back in Laiser Hill Academy and AFC Leopards. In February , 2018 he went for trials in Europe with Italian giants  JUVENTUS  but did not succeed also tried trials with other big clubs. INDOMITABLE LIONESSES, HARAMBEE STARLETS CLASH

Cameroon(W)vs Kenya(W) 2024 WAFCON qualifiers to be held in Morocco will be a mouth-watering clash, the two-legged match will take place in Doula , Cameroon and Nairobi, Kenya on 22nd and 26th September respectively , the winner overall will face the victor between Gabon and Botswana . Second round qualifiers will be played November 27 & December 5, 2023.
